Plot
An eco-terrorist (Joel West) and his band of trigger-happy hoodlums kidnap scientist Sara Levitt (Mädchen Amick) to secure her assistance in deploying a devastating virus that could kill everyone on Earth should it fall into the wrong hands. Whoops, it just did. Review
There's a lot of story in this story, but little of it connects from one event to the next without difficulty. What we have here are excellent production values, lots and lots of fiery explosions and Uzi gun fights, and a cool damsel in distress who can handle her self, thank you, but very little tension. Terrible? No. Tolerable is more like it, but only because of the big action set pieces and the charm of Madchen Amick, the good-guy charisma of Daniel Bernhardt, and the evilness of Joel West. ~ Buzz McClain, All Movie Guide
