Graduate Unemployment is the Phenomenon whereby a University (or Tertiary Institution) Graduate remains without regular-income-earning work, AFTER 12 months of CONSISTENT TRYING. This therefore leaves out those who are not active in seeking employent and those who are doing something which earns them some regular income even if not at the same amount every month. We therefore do not count under employment and bad or 'sub-standard' occupations.
