If so what you mean is a stellated dodecahedron .It is 12 pointed 3 dimensional christmas tree figure.There is a tutorial on youtube Make a Cardboard Stellated Dodecahedron.It is not that professional video but still goes through the steps.Firstly you have to make a Dodecahedron.Then make 12 pentagonal pyramids and stick them onto each side of the dodecahedron it explains it all in the5 part tutorial.
