Guardia Piemontese (Occitan: La Gàrdia) is a town and comune in the province of Cosenza in the Calabria region of southern Italy. Guardia may have been an Occitan linguistic enclave (not to be confused with the Occitan Valleys, which are the other Occitan-speaking area in Italy).
