Hades is the God of the Underworld, the dead, and riches. ALL
souls go to him when they die; good and bad.
In Christianity Satan is the ruler of all that is evil, and bad
souls 'sinners' go to him when they die.

Hades was created because, God would send the people who followed Satans footsteps, to Hell with Hades so they can burn and deal with the Devil.
