Hashemites in time of prophet muhammad were dark skinned but that doesnt make then look like african even though they were descended from ishmael whose mother was hamite. Hashemites were semetic from their male forefathers line but they had female ancestors who were hamites which made them dark skinned.

No! The name Ham actually means Black or hot. Ham progenied all of the

African nations. Any group of non black peoples that came into Africa from the outside could not be Hamites. People of caucasian descent are from the line of Japheth and not Ham. Hopefully this clears up the erroneous definition of the Hamite.
