Alternative hip hop could be many different things. It could talk about subjects not in normal hip hop. It could also be because it isn't as popular because it is more hardcore than a normal audience would listen too. Hip Hop is a rap song that can be danced to like nelly's hot in here. I'm not to sure about electro hop.
