The easiest way is to find another 1991 Cadillac Deville, open the hood, and inspect how the hood latch works. While the hood is still open, see what method you can use to trip the unlock mechanism. You may be able to enter from under the bumper to trip the mechanism. You may be able to enter from the gap between the hood and body when it is closed.
