The Italian derivatives market, managed by Borsa Italiana. Futures and options are traded on the MIB 30 Index, a capitalization-weighted index based on the 30 most liquid and capitalized stocks listed on the Italian stock market. Futures are traded on all major shares listed on the Italian stock market and several shares listed on Nuovo Mercato, and on the MIDEX Index and the miniFIB, a new contract based on the MIB Index.
