Turkmenistan was a part of the USSR (Russia) where scouting was banned in 1919. Once Turkmenistan became an independent Turkic state, political factors continue to discourage organizations such as Girl Guides/Girl Scouts from organizing.

Soviet Union

Samoa is an independent country, so like most countries it has a national anthem. It is called the Banner of Freedom.

Illinois is a state and does not have a national anthem. A "nation" has a national anthem. The national anthem of the US is "The Star Spangled Banner".

Well it doesn't have a NATIONAL anthem but I would say the STATE anthem is Rocky top..
