If you are living on a registered caravan site then Yes.

This is because your caravan would count as your sole or main residence. however if the caravan is in someone's garden or an unregistered field for example then no because the property would not have been subject to the 1991 registering act and so there would be no charge to collect.

If you are unsure you can visit your local Council Office, anonymously, and ask if the place you are living is registered, you do not have to give them your details or why you are asking, the information is public knowledge.

I believe he is an entertainer who travels the uk, appearing in talent shows ect, if im correct, i saw and met him at Ingoldmells, summer of 2012, he gave us a couple of songs on the beach. Apparently he was on the X Factor but im not sure when, hes a lovely chap, very committed to his cause, singing rock n roll and most songs that rock, he was kind enough to chat with me for quite some time, and gave me a scarf, so thats about all i know about him, it is not his full time job though, he did say he had a full time job. Hope this helps, Steve, Nottingham

"Yes, it takes about an hour."

I would have to say that you would have to be walking at a good pace to do this in 1 hour, as I had done this walk yesterday (2/6/11) with 3 children + plus the dreaded pushchair which half way down was a mission!

We walked all the way there and back (stayed in Skegness for a while) 2hrs is was the time we got there in which isn't that bad considering our 3 yr old walked all the way!!!

On the way back we walked the rd way (Not quite the same route as we went besides the golf club) and our 3yr old was in pushchair so wasn't as slow this took us 1hr 20 Min's which was a good pace.

So depending on your pace you could do it quicker or slower if you have children in tow, but is a nice walk for anyone.
