There are also numerous smaller Pentecostal denominantions like the International Pentecostal Holiness church most of which hold to some form of the five-fold gospel.

The most common elements of the five-fold gospel are Jesus as savior, baptizer, sanctifier, healer, and coming king. When groups hold to a four-fold gospel it is usually the sanctifier element that is absent like in the Foursquare church.
