Biography
Mexican singer and actress Iran Castillo got involved in music after joining a vocal group called Mosquitas Muertas in 1991. At the age of 16, the young artist played a role on the popular soap opera Agujetas de Color de Rosa, followed by a main character in Confidente de Secundaria. In addition, she participated in its soundtrack with "De Corazón A Corazón," recorded along with Flavio César. In 1997, her debut album, Tiempos Nuevos, was released by Sony Music Entertainment Mexico, and she later recorded the Latin pop/ballad-oriented album Tatuada En Tus Besos, featuring her songwriting debut, "Tus Puntos Dormidos." ~ Drago Bonacich, Rovi
