ISO 31000 is a family of standards relating to risk management codified by the International Organization for Standardization.

To my best knowledge today (13th July 2012), the following countries have adopted the ISO 31000 standard as their official risk management standard :

Austria, Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Great-Britain, Italy,

Ireland, the Netherlands, New-Zealand, Norway, Poland, South-Africa, Spain,

Sweden, Russia, USA, etc.
