To my best knowledge today (13th July 2012), the following countries have adopted the ISO 31000 standard as their official risk management standard :

Austria, Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Great-Britain, Italy,

Ireland, the Netherlands, New-Zealand, Norway, Poland, South-Africa, Spain,

Sweden, Russia, USA, etc.
