Jackie Meretsky

Jackie Meretsky is the morning weather anchor for NBC Weather Plus, CNBC "Squawk Box", MSNBC dayside programming and MSNBC's newest morning show "Morning Joe". She has appeared on NBC "Nightly News", "The Today Show", "Countdown with Keith Olbermann", NBC" Early Today" and "Hardball" with Chris Matthews.

Jackie was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and is a graduate of McGill University in Montreal. She is currently a student of Mississippi State University and is pursuing a broadcast meteorology program. She is a dual citizen of Canada and the United States.

Meretsky started her meteorology career as a weather specialist and on-air anchor at The Weather Network, Canada's national weather network. She also was a reporter for "Toronto Living" a magazine style show on Rogers cable television reporting on Toronto's arts, culture, fashion and cuisine. She joined the NBC Weather Plus team in October 2005.

Jackie lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
