jolen is a bleaching product, meant to be used to lighten facial hair. it can be used on arm hair, but it may not get it light enough.it is definitely not meant for bleaching hair on the scalp or bleaching teeth.

I liked to use Loreal Quick Blue when I was a bleach blonde and just get a good 20 or 30 Vol. Developer from Sally's. I have a coontail now and I bleached my tips of my bangs and I use Jolen creme bleach to do that as it is easier to manage and really thick and creamy! :) Have fun being a beautiful blonde!(:
