on the bad side its the impero curse i think......
on the good side idk
I don't think so,
its probably the patronus charm (Expecto Patronum) because it is really advanced defensive magic,
or The Memory Charm (Obliviate) because it is an excellent cover-up Charm,
then it might be The Cruciatis Curse (Crucio) because it can force out the info you need.

But most of all its your will and desire to cast a spell like when Harry only used a Disarming Charm (Expelliarmus) and reflected The Killing Curse (Avada Kadava) and killed Voldemort.(In the 7th volume)

or it is everyones opinion,
For Voldemort The Killing Curse (Avada Kadava) is his specialty,
For Harry it might be The Disarming Charm (Expelliarmus) or The Patronus Charm (Expecto Patronum)

No Voldemort is no longer alive. He was killed in the last book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, by him firing Avadad Kadava at Harry for a THIRD time (2nd to "try" and kill him) and Harry responded by firing Expelliamose. The spells hit each other cause Voldemort to lose the Elder Wand which he stole from Dumbledore's grave (yes he died ;( i know sad) and so BOTH spells hit him and he died.

Expelliarmus - disarms

Avada Kedavra - kills

Crucio - agonising pain

Imperio - makes the victim do the attacker's bidding

Alohamora - unlocks

Wingardium Leviosa - makes objects fly

Accio - makes objects come to you

There are way more but not as famous

The most obvious one is Avada Kedavra the killing curse, which speaks for itself, but there are various other spells that could be deadly or could be used to create something deadly. Sectumsempra for example, is simular to pulling a sword on someone, it slices them open very easily, and then there are many other spells such as imperio, which could be used to control someone and make them kill themselves. It is simply a manner of imagination to use any number of spells in a deadly way.

Harry allowed himself to be hit with the killing curse because he had found out he was the seventh Horcrux, the one Voldemort had created without knowing. He knew this was the only way to defeat Voldemort for good and save all of his friends. After he was hit with the curse he fell unconcious and found himself in King's Cross station, where he found Dumbledore and the Horcrux that had been destroyed (the baby-like thing). He did not die .
