I don't know about individual windows, but you can kill a
process with killall. Please be very careful with this command,
because it can damage your system.

Processes aren't "deleted", they are "killed." The "kill"
command, followed by the process ID number, should kill the
process. Most distros also have a "killall" command, which will
kill processes that have the name you specified.
