So, every Prophet came to their own people , which is very convenient. Then we get to the last Prophet, Prophet Muhammad (saw). He is the only one that was given the Quran, with it's historic stories and universal morals, and was promised to have this revelation preserved until the end of time.

The Quran has no other versions and is exact same message as it was originally, no additions or subtractions. It speaks of people that is mentioned in other books such as the Bible. The Bible is a book of Islam but we recognize it as corrupted by people after it's revelation, not during.

There are many scientific miracles mentioned in the Quran, discoveries we've only begun to find, and wisdom that we can't fathom.
