there is no known cure for herpes,but there are treatments for
the outbreaks.
It's usually managed with antiviral medicaion (ie valtrex or
famvir) and or immune boosting methods. You can treat it with
creams and home remedies like soaking in epsom salts baths, but
it's best to keep a break out clean and dry to help promote faster
healing.
Drugs commonly used to treat genital herpes symptoms are
Zovirax, Famvir, and Valtrex.
Genital herpes is treated with antiviral medications such as
acyclovir.
