As in a civilian factory, all military accidents or potential accidents (near miss) should be written in the Accident Book, and investigated.

The laws for civilian and military offenses can be quite different and the legal frameworks are separate. If a civilian wants a list of arrest warrants they would have to have good cause to receive them and even then it is unlikely their request would be granted.

Some industrial accidents are accidental release of chemical during production, explosions, nuclear explosion and radiation, pollution, construction accidents and even mine explosions to name a few.
