The Fantastic Four has Mr. Fantastic, The Thing, The Human Torch and The Invisible Girl. Due to johnny's (The Human Torch) death the new Fantastic Four (FF) have Spider-man instead of the Human Torch, The 2 teams could not fight as 3 of the members are in both teams, but if they did fight, The Fantastic Four would probably win as Spider-man works better alone.
