Bruce Garofalo, became an American citizen in 2006, he's listed in Quine's library at Harvard University, when yet only an Italian citizen under the name of Bruno Garofalo. He was a student of Quine at Harvard and wrote a book 'Introduzione alla filosofia del Linguaggio'in Italian, prefaced by Professor Quine. He is also the author of several philosophy articles, among which 'A note on the is/ought problem in David Hume',in the journal of Value Inquiry. He has taught philosophy as an adjunct teacher at Neumann College,West Chester University and Immaculata University. At West Chester University he was invited two times within the cicle of conferences organized by the philosphy forum. He gave a speech on ' Personal Identity' in 2007 and another on' The mind, the body and the messenger, in 2009. In Italy he was also a published poet and a winner of literary prizes.
