Many professions in New Zealand have published codes of ethics, and regulatory bodies to oversee complaints. Doctors, surveyors, dentists, land agents, lawyers and so on.

Conspicuously missing from the list are the usual suspects of politicians and businessmen, though in the case of the latter, there are certainly chambers of commerce that have some ethics overview, but membership is voluntary.
