Since WikiAnswers is a wiki (a collaborative project run by multiple people), there are many "affiliations" of it. Not necessarily all the same goals though. There is Wikipedia, the online encyclopedia, there is Wiktionary, the online dictionary and there is wikiHow, the online how-to manual. Whatever the wiki, they're all usually free to read and edit.
