King Mindaugas, crowned in 1253

They don't have one now but they had king Mindaugas. He was the only king in their history.

Mindaugas Medelinskas was born on February 15, 1987, in Lithuania.

The old, medieval, Duchy of Lithuania was founded by Mindaugas, not clear when exactly, but in 1253 Mindaugas was crowned king of Lithuania, so you could call that "founding"

The modern, Republic of Lithuania, Was founded on the 16th of February, 1918, and re-instated its independence on the 11th of March, 1990

Mindaugas died in 1263.
