Top
Most commonly used to refer to one’s fondness for or propensity to become engaged in litigation. Thus, a citizen who repeatedly sues his neighbor over various issues would be called “litigious.” Also, the subject of a lawsuit or action. Compare malicious prosecution. See also vexatious litigation.
