Longshoremen are also called dock or harbor workers. This job entails both manual and mechanical work. Longshoremen are mainly responsible for loading and unloading cargo on docked ships.

Safe Harbor can have several meanings. It could be taken literal as a harbor for the safety of ships in a storm. But the legal definition is a regulation that eliminates a person's liability if that person preform an act in good faith with the standards under the law.
