Loud is occasionally used as an adverb, especially in semi-fixed expressions such as loud and clear (I can hear you loud and clear: loudly and clearly could also be used here, but would sound less natural). In other contexts it is used informally, but loudly is the better choice: She spoke loud [read: loudly] enough for the whole class to hear.
