Here is are two verses of Scripture in Luke 3 that answers your question:

Now in the fifteenth year of the reign of Tiberius Caesar, Pontius Pilate being governor of Judaea, and Herod being tetrarch of Galilee, and his brother Philip tetrarch of Ituraea and of the region of Trachonitis, and Lysanias the tetrarch of Abilene,

Annas and Caiaphas being the high priests, the word of God came unto John the son of Zacharias in the wilderness.

Luke 3:23: "In the fifteenth year of the reign of Tiberius Caesar" (iii, 1). "Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age"

However there is a problem with this verse because according to Luke 3:1, Now in the fifteenth year of the reign of Tiberius Caesar, Pontius Pilate being governor of Judaea, and Herod being tetrarch of Galilee, and his brother Philip tetrarch of Ituraea and of the region of Trachonitis, and Lysanias the tetrarch of Abilene, Tiberius, began his reign in August, 14 A.D. If jesus was born in 6 A.d. (Luke 2:2) then Jesus must be 8 yrs old when Tiberius began his reign. Add 15 years (Luke 3;1), then Jesus must be 23 years old when he began his ministry, not 30 years of age (Luke 3:23)
