By far the best M&M flavor is the least well known. The new gourmet line are very different but the soft texture just isn't the same. The classics are great as well. Nev…ertheless the best flavor far and away is Peanut Butter. Peanut Butter M&M's are like reese's cups and reese's pieces but much much better. They are by far the most flavorful while still maintaining the integrity of the good old fashioned M&M. Michael Scheller (MORE)

(When we counted the number of M&M's in a 12.6oz bag, we got 404, which means there are 32.06 M&M's/oz, which means that each M&M weighs 1.13 grams.) The division in the abo…ve math was done backwards. If there are 32.06 M&Ms/oz, and an ounce equals 28.35 grams, then the weight of an individual M&M is 28.35/32.06 (NOT 32.06/28.35), so the average weight of an M&M is 0.884grams. For the calorie minded, the main M&M website says there are 142 calories per ounce of M&M's. So that would work out to 5.01calories/gram, or 4.43 calories per each individual M&M. (MORE)
