Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble nutrient. It is one of the
best-studied of all B vitamins and has one of the greatest
varieties of chemical forms, including pyridoxine, pyridoxal,
pyridoxamine, pyridoxine phosphate, pyridoxal phosphate, and
pyridoxamine phosphate.
