Whomever answered this question before me was pretty ignorant and couldn't get their spelling right as well.Islaam was a parasitic twin attached to her sister Manar's head. Manar possessed a full body with limbs, brain and all the major internal organs while Islaam only had a spinal cord, small trachea and a fully developed brain. So Islaam wasn't just a parasitic head. She could think, feel, cry, blink and smile. Unfortunately Manar's heart wasn't strong enough to support the both of them, their heart failed many times trying to do so, so doctors had to separate Islaam from Manar.
