Yes. The verb 'marche' is a form of the infinitive 'marchar', which means 'to march, walk'. As the first person singular, it may be the present subjunctive 'que yo marche', or 'that I may walk'. Or it may be the preterite indicative 'yo marché', or 'I walked'. As the third person singular, it may be the present subjunctive 'que el/ella/usted marche', or 'that he/she/it may walk'. Or it may be the imperative of command '[el/ella/usted] marche!', or '[he/she/it] walk'!'.
