Mark Wright is a British writer of audio plays, best known for his collaborations with Cavan Scott. They first came to light writing as the writers of the Big Finish Productions Doctor Who audio play Project: Twilight, where they created the original villain Nimrod. Since then they have worked together on the Fifth Doctor play The Church and the Crown and Project: Lazarus, the sequel to Twilight. In 2007, they edited the short story collection Short Trips: The Ghosts of Christmas.

Recently Wright has been working on solo projects, including a Tomorrow People audio play for Big Finish (The Slarvian Effect) and an adaptation of The Adventures of Luther Arkwright.

Wright also wrote the unofficial episode guide for season two of the television series 24, and was a writer on Future Publishing's defunct title, "What DVD".

Recently Wright has returned to working with Cavan Scott. The duo have worked on a new Tomorrow People audio War of the Slarvians, due out in October 2007. In May 2007 it was announced that Wright and Scott would be taking over as producers of the entire Tomorrow People range as of series seven. In 2009, they took over as producers of the Iris Wildthyme range.
