Yes. John 2 mentions this:

1 And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there: 2 And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.

The painting was made in 1766.

Eraldo Tognocchi has written:

'Le nozze di Cana' -- subject(s): Christianity, Covenants, Marriage, Religious aspects of Covenants, Religious aspects of Marriage

There is no record in the Bible of his marriage nor of whom he married.

Neither is there any record of who it was that was married at the wedding feast in Cana.
