The Hamburglar on McDonaldland is a short child-height character who wears a black and white striped shirt and pants and a black hat. He is also wears a black cape with yellow on the inside.

Both of them start with someone's last name and end with "land".

There's really no other similarity.

McDonald's was sued by the Kroffts for the McDonaldland characters being too similar to their TV show HR Pufnstuf (and the similarities there were pretty obvious), but I've never heard anyone compare it to Disneyland in any meaningful way.
