Mega Man X is set roughly a century after the classic Mega Man series, with a new setting, characters, and threats. The Protagonist is X (Mega Man X) the successor to Mega Man. (Note: X is NOT Mega Man from the future) He is an android that has emotions, and can choose his own destiny. Mega Man is strictly a robot.

For me, the easiest Mega Man game is Mega Man 2. However, I have heard that Mega Man Zero 4 on Easy Mode is even easier.

Mega Man X, Mega Man X2, or Mega Man X4

The only Mega Man game released on the Nintendo 64 was Mega Man 64 (also known as the first Mega Man Legends).
