Miles Wedderburn Lampson, 1st Baron Killearn, GCMG, CB, MVO, PC (24 August 1880 – 18 September 1964) was a British diplomat. The son of Norman Lampson and Helen Blackburn, he was educated at Eton College. He entered the Foreign Office in 1903.

- 2nd Secretary, Sofia, Bulgaria, 1911
- 1st Secretary, Peking, 1916
- Acting British High Commissioner in Siberia, 1920
- British Minister to China, 1926-33
- High Commissioner for Egypt and the Sudan, 1934-36
- British Ambassador to Egypt and High Commissioner for the Sudan, 1936-46
- Special Commissioner in Southeast Asia, 1946-48

- The Hon Roxana Rose Catherine Naila Lampson; married to Ian Ross, mother of six children, including the model Liberty Ross.
