Belarus allows gay sexual activity, but that is pretty much the only rights gays have in Belarus, as there are still severely strict laws present (such as gays cannot marry, serve openly in the military, or adopt children). There is not even an anti-discrimination law against homosexuals in Belarus. I heavily doubt that Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich supports same-sex marriage.
