MINIX (short for Minimal Unix) is a Unix-like operating system
written by Andrew Tanenbaum. It was originally created to teach
microkernel programming to university students.

The main advantage of Windows 2000 over Minix 3 is that because
of its popularity, Windows 2000 provides support for a wider range
of software. However, like most strains of Linux, Minix 3 is more
immune against computer virus attacks.
