Moro Islamic Liberation Front was created in 1981.

Paramaount Sultan Rashid Lucman lead The Union of Islamic Forces and Organizations composed of all the National Muslim organizations. And founded the BMLO Bangsamoro liberation organization, and the foreign trained "top 90 black shirts" that trained and organized the MNLF moro national liberation front and MILF moro Islamic liberation front.
