the Indian Ocean in the Arabian Peninsula. Oman has a mountain,
about 3000 meters above the sea level. It is called "The Green
Mountain". Inhabitants of this mountain have been, for hundreds of
years, growing a white small aromatic grapes. The climate in this
mountain is the most suitable for this kind of grapes. When
colonists; namel, Portugese colonized the coastal part of Oman,
they were introduced to this kind of grapes. They loved it and
started making a white wine out of it. They ranked it among
products from the "noble grapes" Then, Portugese exported both the
wine and the grape's tree to Europe and named it "Muscat", which
means "grapes of Muscat". Nowadays, Muscat is grown and produced in
