Review
Perry's collaboration with fellow oddball Neal "The Mad Professor" Fraser yielded this good, but non-essential release. This version, as opposed to the dub version, adds Fraser's techno magic to the proceedings, lending a more contemporary feel, but Perry's ranting is even more unfocused and lunatic than usual and never really gets anything going verbally.
