The song stayed at No. 1 in Mexico for 6 weeks and reached the top 5 in every country it charted in, including Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Central America, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia and Spain. This is Belinda's biggest single to date and positioned her as the prime teen entertainer in Latin America. This song is a version of "Once In Your Lifetime".

Video

In the video, Belinda has visions of the boyfriend dying in a car crash. The song asks "¿Cuándo se va a terminar o cuándo se hará realidad?" meaning "When is it going to be over or when is it going to be reality?" She states that her boyfriend is her 'Ángel'. The actor who portrayed the boyfriend ,Eddy Vilard, is friends with Belinda in real life.
