Nje means one (the number one). Mut means Sh* t.

Putting it all together, Nje Mut means A sh* t. It is often used when trying to say something is worthless, For instance if you worked for 100 hours and you only earned $500, in Albanian you may say you earned nje mut.

As you might assume this is not the kind of language you would use in an Albanian family, rather than a language used with friends in a bar.
