"The nuts" as they are often called, is a term that states you have the best possible hand on the board and cannot be beat.

SoundPoker Says: Having the nuts could pertain to any possible hand. If the board shows Ace (hearts) Ace (diamonds) 9 (clubs) 7 (clubs) 2 (spades) you hold the nuts with A - 9 (suit doesn't matter). This hand will beat anyone with A - 7, A - 2, 9 - 9, 7 - 7 or 2 - 2 et al. When a players has this hand they can beat anything and say "I have the nuts".
