Orania is a small town located on the edge of the Karoo desert in South Africa, which is populated exclusively by white Afrikaners. The populace is made up of descendants of Dutch and French settlers who emigrated to South Africa three centuries ago. They have issued their own currency, called the Ora, which comes in four denominations: 10, 20, 50, 100.
