You are probably referring to the source code of the page. So it's just the source-code of a webpage.
You site a source within another source in the literature cited page by following the basic in-text citation rules.
Press Ctrl-U to see the source of the web page you want to know. Or you can click "view" on the tool bar and then "Page Source."
Just find your way to that page, then click the view button in your browser, the source, or page source. All of that is the HTML code for that page.
