Man likes to think that "he is in control" of what goes on in this world... but he is grossly ignorant of the "god" whom he worships, and the power and influence the god of this world wields over him.

The Bible reveals man's god as the Dragon -- "...that old Serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world..." (Rev.12:9).

It also reveals the Dragon to be the "owner" of man's governments... also of which man is ignorant because of his unbelief in the Word of God.

"...the Devil taketh Him [Jesus] up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth Him ALL THE KINGDOMS OF THE WORLD, and the glory of them; and saith unto Him, ALL THESE THINGS WILL I GIVE THEE, if thou wilt fall down and worship me." (Matt.4:8-9)

Of course, the Dragon, being the "father of lies" [John 8:44]... if Christ had bowed to him, it's highly unlikely that he would have followed through with his offer... and mankind's hope of the future would have been lost.

As it stands... Jesus' defeat of the Dragon qualified Him to "replace" and dethrone the "god of this world." And, again, unknown to most of the world... it awaits Jesus' return with His own Government System called the "Kingdom of God" -- the "gospel" [good news] and Hope of God's creation.

So the governments of men have always belonged to the Dragon... because Adam and Eve gave their sovereignty over the world to this god in the beginning. God gave the world to them... and they gave it to the Dragon [Serpent] when they "obeyed" him.

"Thou shalt have no other gods before Me," our Creator demands of us.

To make inquiries, therefore, regarding "one-world government" and a "New World Order" -- one must take into account the "one who owns them." That is, if you want to know the Truth about it, and what to really expect in that regard.

Understand, then, that MAN ISN'T IN CONTROL OF ANYTHING! His god has deceived him into thinking that he is. Man has his plans... and his god has plans of his own, which supercede those of his subjects.

A "New World Order" was first attempted in "a plain in the land of Shinar" [Gen.11:2]... just after the flood. And four world-ruling empires have tried it since.

But, the Dragon keeps men at odds with one another through his vain religions, along with greed, envy, jealousy and lust. Power struggles and wars; and the deaths of men result... which keeps man's elusive one-world government dreams from becoming any kind of "permanent fixture" in the world.

Keeping this in mind, then -- Bible prophecy speaks of an end time final attempt by "deceived man" to establish this "New World Order." It will be led by two Satan-guided men [the Beastand the False Prophet -- whom Christ will kill when He first returns].

"...the Beast was taken, and with him the False Prophet that wrought miracles before him... These both were cast alive into a Lake of Fire burning with brimstone [sulfur]." (Rev.19:20)

According to the prophecy, it's the "Beast" who shall receive his power directly from the Dragon:

"...THE WHOLE WORLD WAS ASTONISHED AND FOLLOWED THE BEAST. Men worshiped the Dragon BECAUSE HE GAVE AUTHORITY TO THE BEAST, and they worshiped the Beast and asked, 'Who is like the Beast? Who can make war against him?'" (Rev.13:3-4 NIV)

This is a prophecy regarding a time of unprecedented global distress called "Great Tribulation," which Jesus describes for His servants in Matthew 24:9-28.

This is the next prophecy for which men should be lookingbefore Jesus returns with His Kingdom to the earth -- the Great Tribulation. For this is the True nature of the New World Order that's coming.

Today the confused, nervous, toppling governments of deceived men, terrorized and fearful, are once again speaking openly of their dream of "global governance" [modern parlance for "one-world government" or the ages-old dream of "a New World Order"].

Each of them on the brink of bankruptcy, see the unsustainable global economy collapsing at any time... with utter chaos and panic in their bleak futures.

Even the once-greatest nation on earth [the once-UnitedStates of America] is on the ropes, being brought down and into line with the other nations of the world [even lower]... being dragged down into this apparent "Utopian dream;" a New World Order, in which all nations live and work together as one in joy and happiness.

But, when it happens, it won't go down like deceived men imagine. It won't be a "peaceful transition."

The New World Order cannot come about "peacefully"... because the many nations can never agree on any one person to lead them in a peaceful elective process. [witness the government struggle just within Iraq as an example]

The New World Order will develop following the anticipated coming global economic collapse and resulting panic and power struggle of the nations to restore order and some sort of viable economic system.

Keep in mind what Bible prophecy says the "whole world" is going to do.

It says it "worshiped the Dragon." Fact is: the whole world has worshiped the Dragon since the garden of Eden.

But he will cause the Beast to rise into power... and be worshiped [state worship] THROUGH HIS EXPLOITS IN WAR!

Notice, again, what the "whole world" will be saying.

"...Who is like unto the Beast?..." the nations of the world will ask.

"...Who is ABLE TO MAKE WAR WITH HIM?."

The coming prophesied Beast [the New World Order] won't rise to power through a peaceful, democratic transition of power among the nations of the world, who decide through the election process that he's the one they want to govern them.

The New World Order will begin to take shape when the Dragon instigates among his nations of men "who worship him" WAR... whereby he will create the right circumstances to hand over the reigns of power to the Beast.

"...and the Dragon GAVE HIM HIS POWER, and his SEAT, and GREAT AUTHORITY." (Rev.13:2)

What's happening today among the warring, bickering, toppling nations of the world who voice their desire for a New World Order, isn't going to result in the realization of that "dream" by any peaceful process by next year [2012].

Bible prophecy reveals how the Dragon will start to bring it about, however.

All the nations of the world [the whole world] will have to be thrown into such a state of panic, that they will actually "worship the Beast" who, through his military exploits, will be viewed by the nations as THEIR SAVIOR."

This is how the prophesied "Great Tribulation" will occur. It will rise up with the Beast out of the coming global collapse of the governments of men and a reorganized and unified government structure. The Dragon will provide all the credibility the Beast will need to impress the nations as to his ability to lead them.

The False Prophet, a great universal church leader, through his "miracles and lying wonders," channeled from the Dragon, through the Beast, and through him when they stand together in public will CAUSE the whole world to "believe" in the Beast.

"...he exerciseth all the power of the first Beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first Beast... and he doeth great wonders... in the sight of men, and deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had the power to do in the sight of the Beast..." (Rev.13:12-14).

According to the prophecies, the nations of Europe will be reformed into a feudal system... and divided among "ten kings" who will bow to the Beast's demands and place all of their economic and military resources at his disposal.

"...the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet, but receive power as kings one hour with the Beast. These shall have one mind, and shall give their power and strength to the Beast.

"These shall MAKE WAR WITH THE LAMB, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for He is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with Him are Called, and Chosen, and Faithful." (Rev.17:12-14)

This is the New World Order that's coming. This is what the Dragon will create among his deceived governments and kingdoms just before Jesus Christ returns.

Is the remainder of 2011 enough time to bring about this New World Order?

Since the Great Tribulation will be the result of global economic collapse... and all the nations on earth are at this very moment trying to stave it off for as long as they can -- then said collapse could happen in 2011... or 2012... or 2013.

The world is being primed for it at any moment.

But it cannot be described, in any way, shape or form as "order."

None of the nations of this world have any idea what their god has in mind for them. Their "pipedream" of "global governance" will be shattered by their god, and bring about a global life-ending threat upon the entire planet.

"And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened." (Matt.24:22)

The beginnings of the New World Order will begin with global economic collapse... resulting in the rise of the Beast and False Prophet through the power of the Dragon and the 3 1/2 year Great Tribulation:

"...power was given unto him to continue forty and two months." (Rev.13:5)

Yes... the New World Order could come in 2012. Economic collapse can claim the nations of the world at any moment. But when it happens... the deceived and unbelieving governments of men won't see it coming.

But, their beloved Dragon is working on it, now.
